***IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE***
One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026, including the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
To help you plan your stay, please review the following important updates:
- Pool Closure: The pool will remain closed throughout construction, with reopening anticipated in early spring 2027.
- Construction Noise: Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Some phases may be louder than others.
- Beach Access: The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted. When necessary, guests can use the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
- Limited Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. All guests must be properly registered to avoid towing or immobilization.
- Bicycle Rentals & Storage: On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during construction. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
- Beach Chair Service: Coastal Beach Service operates on-site from March 1 through October 31. Outside these dates, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. Rentals are also available through Redfish Rentals at 850-213-1240.

Unit 1503 at One Seagrove Place, your perfect beachfront retreat. Located on the 15th floor, this unit offers the ideal balance of breathtaking Gulf views and the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of Scenic Highway 30A.
Step inside and be greeted by light beach tones and soft neutrals that create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The living room features oversized furnishings and beautiful artwork, with access to the balcony where you can enjoy stunning views of the Gulf. The master bedroom, with its king-sized bed and blackout drapes, opens onto the balcony as well, offering unbelievable ocean views and the perfect setting for a peaceful night’s sleep. The guest bedroom has twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms are fully renovated with walk-in showers, including a rainfall shower in one for a spa-like experience.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
