SunDestin Beach Resort is a high rise condominium sitting directly on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. When you enter the front doors, you’ll be greeted by the Scenic Stays team; they’re always available at the 24 hour front desk. SunDestin offers many amenities including an and outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, and a gift shop in the lobby, plus so much more. Some of the seasonal amenities include outdoor tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee).
SunDestin 907 is a recently renovated one-bedroom condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Upon entry, you’ll find the bedroom with a king sized bed and one full and one half bath. The kitchen and living areas are at the back of the condo and overlook the sparkling waters below. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are among the many upgrades in the space. The dining table has seating for four and the living room has a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Relax and sleep on the queen-sized sofa. Through the sliding glass door is the balcony with seating for two to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the waves crash. This one-bedroom condo sleeps four guests total and has everything you need to enjoy your Destin vacation.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Really enjoyed my stay in Destin. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to use my umbrella on the beach. I can use a tent or canopy, but if I want an umbrella I’ve got to rent one. My husband and I stayed for a long anniversary weekend celebration and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo was bright and clean and spacious and the view from the balcony was simply amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and the sleeping quarters were comfortable. The divided bathroom was a huge plus. The resort had great pools, hot tub, and outdoor fun area. Beach access was easily accessible and steps from the ocean. We loved that we could walk off the elevator and only steps away were 2 pools and a beautiful white sand beach. The location was also great as it was so close to stores and restaurants. Our stay with Scenic Stays was absolutely incredible. The beachfront view alone was worth it — stunning white sand and beautiful emerald-colored water made every morning feel like a dream.
The interior of the Airbnb was clean, stylish, and perfectly suited for a beach getaway. The space felt fresh and inviting, and the AC kept everything cool and comfortable throughout our stay.
Both the outdoor and indoor pools were great — the outdoor pool was large and perfect for relaxing, while the indoor pool was a nice bonus for when we wanted a break from the sun. We also appreciated the convenience of four fast elevators, which made getting around the property effortless.
The location is A1 — close to top restaurants and attractions like Big Kahuna’s Water Park and Destin Track, which has arcade games, rides, and go-karting. Best of all, it was within walking distance to our favorite pizza spot, Merlin’s Pizza.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and looked exactly as pictured. My only complaint was the noisy hvac on the balcony.. we raised the temp inside so it would shut off. You can't beat the view! We have an amazing stay with Scenic Stays during peak season at a great rate. The condo was located in the SunDestin resort and the resort has everything you would need! We didn’t even leave as much as we planned on. The condo is clean with and everything works inside. I think the balcony was our favorite place to hang out! So comfortable and relaxing. The resort is literally right on the beach, has a convenience store inside, and a restaurant that provides to-go orders! Received lots of texts messages informing us of any information we would need to know… that included the number for the front desk, if we needed anything. We didn’t have much time for a true vacation, but this condo did the trick for us to come on back home refreshed and energized. Would absolutely book again.
