This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, pick up a souvenir from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a movie night. The gorgeous conference room boasts a gorgeous space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, along with beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).
SunDestin 1101 is a beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath corner unit boasting sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 11th floor, this lovely unit is the perfect accommodation for every occasion.

- Master Suite with brand new king sized Stearns & Foster mattress, 49” Smart TV, DVD, new granite topped vanity area, walk-in shower and separate balcony entrance.
- Guest Suite with a brand new king sized Stearns & Foster mattress, 43”Smart TV, DVD, new granite topped vanity area and shower/tub combination.
- With two king sized beds, this condo is a GREAT choice for two couples looking for a spacious, well equipped beach getaway!

- Dining area with round table for six guests and three additional counter bar stools.
