This was a wonderful condo unit. The location is much smaller than other resorts we have stayed at in the past and that was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted less chaos and more of a calmer, relaxed environment to vacation at.

We had a great trip to Miramar Beach! The location of the Crescent was perfect- just steps from the beach. The pool is one of the biggest and best pools we've seen at Miramar Beach- which was important on the double red flag days. Overall, the complex was really nice. We used the workout room a few days and it is well stocked with all kinds of equipment. There were a few minor things about our particular unit that we didn't care for. The shower drain was backing up, but it was quickly remedied with one phone call to maintenance. The couch/chairs in the living room all sat very low and were not very comfortable. There were no smart TVs, so we did not have access to our streaming services (just regular cable) and ended up watching a movie on an ipad that we brought with us. The pantry/laundry door was very difficult to open and close as it sticks pretty bad. But like I said, these were minor things and did not hinder our vacation in any way. We would definitely return to the Crescent.

We had a great stay! The staff and host were extremely accommodating. The unit had everything we needed. The view of the beach was stunning, we could see dolphins every day from the balcony. The private beach was clean and beautiful. Having the beach chair setup was so nice and convenient!! I would definitely stay again!

The condo was very large and had everything that we needed. It had a Keurig coffee station with single and whole pot coffee. It took the round filters. It does NOT have a hair dryer. I had to buy one. It is right in the center of the fourth floor with great views of the ocean and property. We have been staying at the Crescent for 30 years and they have maintained their property and landscaping well. The pool is the best in Destin!

The first night the master bath shower has a slow drain, and the other bathroom tub/ shower was slow to drain as well, the next morning notified the front desk and the maintenance team took care of the issue, then the dryer wasn't drying and had to hang clothes on a drying rack, notified maintenance and they did not have an immediate replacement, so a drying rack had to be used for the remainder of the vacation, which was a real pain in the rear. the owners should keep things like this in mind, even though people are on vacation for a full week, they will need to use the dryers especially to keep clean towels available. Please keep your appliances updated!! all and all we have rented at the Crescent many times, actually this was the 2nd time this year and this was the 1st time having any issues.
