Amenities abound at SunDestin Beach Resort; some of them include outdoor pool to enjoy the sun without the sand, our outdoor hot tub, great for relaxing, a gift shop to grab souvenirs for everyone back home, and complimentary DVD rentals in the lobby, plus so much more! Additional seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). Even more, SunDestin has a 24-hour front desk where the Scenic Stays team is always available for anything you need. We’re sure it will easily become your go-to beach vacation spot.

SunDestin 1706 is a bright, one-bedroom condo with breathtaking views of the waters of the gulf. When you walk into the condo, you’ll pass the bedroom and two bathrooms- one full and one half. A fully equipped kitchen is located at the end of the hall and has a breakfast bar with seating for three to enjoy meals or sip coffee in the mornings. An open concept living and dining room offer seating for everyone with a table for four and a comfortable sofa and armchair. Enjoy the large flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the living room at the end of a day exploring the Destin area. Outside, the balcony has seating for three and is the best spot to enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast. With a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area and a king-sized bed in the master, there’s enough room for up to four guests in this condo.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Best view ever! Clean room. Laundry very convenient. Parking is easy. Everything in the condo was nice. Could stand a few updates but overall nice! They are making good remodeling changes to the overall building.

The property is under construction which it stated upon beginning the booking process. The unit itself was clean, and had an amazing view of the Gulf. Several of the cupboards were worn ie. paint rubbed off, and the one balcony chair was a bit wobbly. Overall the unit itself was as pictured. No interaction with host as it wasn't necessary.

We loved the location and home! Location was convenient to all San Francisco activities. Most days took us 30 -45 min to get to any location (Chinatown, Wharf, Golden Gate Park). Short walk to beach in Pacifica and near lots of little places to eat. The home itself was nicely equipped and had some nice upgrades that we appreciated. Host left us a nice bottle of wine to start are stay and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Woould stay again and reccomend to others!

Great place!

We have stayed at Sundestin many times in several different condos over the years, and this one was great! If there was one thing that I would make better, it would be the weak wifi signal. Other than that, no complaints!

Nightmare averted

The staff at SunDestin went above and beyond to help avert a disaster vacation. We arrived thinking we had a reservation only to discover it had been cancelled by the host. SunDestin staffers went to work and found us this great unit. It was amazing to see them do everything they could to make sure we had a place to stay and this unit was perfect!! Thanks!!

Great time

The place was great! Needs a little TLC, not complaining just bringing to everyone’s attention. The bathtub doesn’t drain very well. The shower head needs to be replaced. Other than that we had a wonderful stay! Thank you

Great view! Perfect accommodations!

Great View

Perfect view.. unit had everything we needed.. laundry was real close. Unit could be updated but it’s still real nice. Front desk and staff extremely nice and helpful.. would definitely book again

Decent place

The condo has a beautiful ocean front view. The whole property is a little dated, as well as the condo itself but I don't mind that. The place was clean. Bed was comfortable and firm, the way I like it. Plenty of towels (But you have to bring your own beach towels). I can't speak to how well the kitchen was stocked because we didn't cook. The knives need to be sharpened or replaced. I cut lemons, oranges, and limes for drinks and the butter knife did a better job than the kitchen knives! The pool was pretty small and there are not a lot of chairs or seating around there, outdoor pool or the splash pad. This condo did fit our needs and we enjoyed it. Check in and check out efficient.

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was a great location. We highly enjoyed the balcony, we were able to see a lot of dolphins being so high up. Everything was as described and would recommend!
