Great location and gorgeous views of the ocean. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for a family of 4.

We loved this little gem with the ocean feet from our back door. The views from the master upstairs balcony were beautiful. Everything was clean, linens white. Location was close the alys beach shopping and dining and close to Publix as well. This was very comfortable for myself, husband and two teenagers. The puzzles were a plus as well as cozy throws for the couch.

We had a great stay at Silver Sands #4. It was well within walking distance to some of our favorite stores and restaurants. The view from our two porches was incredible. The unit itself had plenty of space and was well stocked with kitchen items, towels and linens. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing home and location. I would have stayed forever.
Not in the description, but we did find several folding chairs that we could bring to the beach. There were also bikes for us to use, and I highly recommend cycling the trail in both directions, it is gorgeous.
My only complaint would be that they don't provide a single ingredient, like salt, pepper, sugar. They did let me know beforehand, so there were no surprises. Still, it is so easy to provide a few condiments so we don't need to purchase everything and then leave it behind.
Anyway, the place is fantastic.

Decided to come back to Seaside to celebrate graduating from graduate school and this stay was everything I needed. The view and location is perfect. Most of our time was spent staring a the ocean. The townhome was clean, they provided a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas, cookware was available if needed. It was a very relaxing stay and would come back!

We enjoyed our stay. It was great being directly on the beach! Fully equipped kitchen. Only complaint, and it’s not even a complaint or something that can be fixed. There isn’t a bedroom on the main floor. I have elderly parents, and the stairs were tricky for them. And the stairs down to the beach were an issue for them. But, for my son and I absolutely no issue at all and it was PERFECT!!! AMAZING LOCATION!!!

Our family had a great time in Inlet Beach. The townhouse has wonderful views and sunsets. The locations is great and near to many other popular areas and restaurants. The local Publix is only about 5 minutes away. I recommend this townhouse for a long week or weekend getaway.

Was excellent. Very quiet. Very clean, modern. Great location to shopping. Beautiful beach views. Only issue was internet connection could be better. Had a lot of dead spots in the townhouse.

Our family of 5 had the best time is the perfect condo. The location is right on the water and made the stay so simple. The best place we have stayed in 10 years of traveling to the area. Also the host/management group was super helpful and nice. Probably one of the best groups we have dealt with. Recommend 10/10

I have stayed at a few townhomes on 30A so far and this one was our favorite. We appreciated that it was super clean and had great beach access with a pool. We had a hiccup getting into the pool, but the neighbors were very nice and helped us figure it out(it was our fault we were going to the wrong gate). We liked the toiletry packets that came for laundry, the kitchen, and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved the boos cutting block(although we didn't really cook because its so close to great restaurants). The refrigerator was clean and worked. The AC worked like a champ. We loved the private outdoor shower on the back patio to shower off before going inside. There were beach toys and indoor games. The bed linens and pillows were comfy. We loved the second floor balcony at night. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Hard to find a place closer to the sand than this townhome. The views from the living room and master are spectacular. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Restaurants and shops are a short bike ride away. Beach is private so not crowded.

Perfection! The view is everything and only a short walk to the sand! Pick your sunset view...the shared deck, the beach or the main bedroom balcony...gorgeous. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are so comfy! Location between Rosemary and the Hub is perfect....quiet but easy bike ride to shops and plenty of good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying in the condo but not our first time to 30A. This is one of our favorite condos and locations. No crowds and lots of space on the beach to enjoy. Condo had everything we needed and was really well updated. If you are looking for non-beach activities, you are further away from little shops, town squares and restaurants.

We loved being so close to the beach! The view from the unit and patio is amazing, and it’s so easy to go up and down to the beach. We ordered chairs and an umbrella to be set up everyday from Dillon’s Beach Service. Unit was clean and appeared to be recently updated. Neighboring units were mostly owners and extremely friendly / welcoming. We will be back!

Spacious, clean, well-appointed vacation home with unbelievably gorgeous gulf-front views and private beach. Location is perfect for an enjoyable bike ride to nearby Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach restaurants and shoppes. Make your reservations for bike rentals with Peddlars30A and beach chair/umbrella service with Dillion's Beach Service (both had friendly, excellent customer service). The home has plenty of linens available, but bring your own beach towels. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. There is a small pool onsite, but we did not use it during this stay; the beach was all that we needed.

This property is right on the beach! Views throughout the townhome of the beautiful gulf. Short bike ride to Alys beach and Rosemary for lots of restaurants and shopping. 1 mile the other direction is the Hub with dining, shopping and music. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds...the kids LOVE the bunk bed. Will stay here again!

This home is just perfect. It's open and spacious with the best views. Walk out right onto the beach. It was so comfortable and perfectly appointed. It was better than it looked in the photos and even had more amenities than in the photos. We were happily surprised that it had a laundry room, despite being told there was no laundry. So thankful for the owners sharing this amazing gem.
