The cozy kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table for six. The master suite offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath, while the guest suite also features a king bed and a TV. The private balcony, accessible from both the master suite and living room, is perfect for morning coffee and sunrises. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
