The Crescent 107 features two bedrooms and two baths, accommodating up to six guests. The open-concept living and dining space offers coastal elegance, with large sliding glass doors inviting in plenty of sunlight. The fully appointed kitchen has generous counter space and cabinets, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. The spacious living room with plush furnishings and a flat-screen TV flows seamlessly into the dining area. Dine indoors or on the private balcony, accessible from the living room and master suite. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, while the guest suite has two twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Special Notes:

· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 6 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
