Sitting directly on the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast, SunDestin Beach Resort is located in the perfect spot to create incredible vacation memories. The property offers seemingly endless amenities including outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, grilling and picnic areas, and more. An outdoor splash pad and a tiki bar is open seasonally, and The Sea Store in the lobby is a convenient spot to pick up snacks and souvenirs. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24 hour front desk.
SunDestin 1112 is a bright and spacious two-bedroom corner condo. As soon as you enter, you’ll see views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding Destin area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make snacks to take to the beach or a homemade dinner. A high top breakfast bar seats two and the dining area seats six. One large sofa in the living room that folds out into a sofa sleeper. Through the sliding glass door is the large balcony with an outdoor dining area to soak up the sun. The master suite has a king bed and can be accessed from the balcony. It offers incredible views of the gulf right when you wake up. In the guest room, you’ll find one twin and one full bed and a private bathroom. This two-bedroom condo sleeps seven guests comfortably and will easily become your next home away from home
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
SunDestin Beach Resort is in the heart of Destin, close to many popular attractions such as Henderson Beach State Park where there’s many walking trails and Regatta Bay Golf Course. Head four miles west of the resort and you’ll find many dining options at the Destin Harbor. SunDestin 1112 is right in the middle of it all- start planning your trip now!

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
These enhancements are designed to elevate the guest experience for years to come, and we look forward to welcoming guests in Summer 2026 to a beautifully refreshed SunDestin Beach Resort—one that reflects the level of care, comfort, and coastal hospitality our owners and guests expect.
