SunDestin Beach Resort Unit 1515 offers a stylish, high-rise getaway with stunning Gulf Coast views from its private balcony. Located on the 15th floor, this one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it perfect for couples or small families.

Inside, the unit features newly renovated tile floors, bright coastal décor, and a spacious open-concept living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and all the utensils you need to prepare meals during your stay. Gather around the dining table for four, or relax in the living room on the queen sleeper sofa while watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV with DVD player.

The master bedroom provides a king-sized bed, its own TV, and balcony access, allowing you to wake up to sweeping views of the coastline. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a granite-topped vanity for convenience.

Guests can enjoy resort amenities including the indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center, while outdoor features like the splash pad and hot tub are currently being upgraded as part of resort improvements through Spring 2026.

Step outside to experience Destin’s sugar-white beaches and emerald waters, or explore nearby attractions: Henderson Beach State Park for nature walks and wildlife spotting, Gator Beach for family-friendly alligator exhibits, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets for shopping. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
