Featuring incredible amenities and just steps from the Gulf of Mexico, you’ll find everything you need and more for your coastal getaway. Pass the time in the outdoor pool, relax at the outdoor tiki bar, or lounge in a beach chair under an umbrella (fee). A gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals, and fitness facility are additional conveniences to enjoy during your stay. With outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a steam room, and a fitness facility, there’s something for everyone. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1517 is a lovely one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico await in this open-concept living/dining unit filled with cozy furnishings. The sofa and loveseat are the perfect spot for taking in coastal breezes or watching your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV. Open the sliding glass doors and let the sounds of the ocean lull you in for a catnap, then prepare a delightful meal in the beautifully-appointed kitchen. A dining table with seating for four is the perfect spot for your coastal creations, then take it to the private balcony and watch the sun sink in the sky at day’s end. A beautiful master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, an en suite bath, and private access to the balcony overlooking the beach. The kids can take the sofa bed in the living room, adding an extra layer of fun to their vacation experience.

Although you’ll find plenty to do at SunDestin Beach Resort, be sure to get out and explore. Destin is packed with family-fun attractions, all just minutes away. Start your day at HarborWalk Marina, filled with shops and restaurants overlooking the Destin harbor. Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park offers hours of fun away from the beach, and a trip to Crab Island is a definite must!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
