A thoughtful floorplan reveals a main living area on the second floor with cheerful turquoise walls throughout. A large living room with high vaulted ceilings greets you upon entrance, offering a relaxing spot with a comfortable couch, chair, and a flat-screen TV. A corner nook provides additional seating and a lovely spot for morning coffee, while the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, loads of counter space, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. You’ll find everything needed to prepare delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table or on the furnished deck just outside. Our wonderful stay!
We arrived 1 hrs early from NC and asked about checking in early. You said it wasn't ready yet but it was. There was a unusual smell in the master bedroom . Excellent little beach property in beautiful Navarre. Would certainly stay here again. Navarre isn't overwhelming like some beach locations can be... but that's the point. And this place is perfectly located within walking distance to what Navarre does have, without feeling crowded in. Nice house!
My group enjoyed our stay. We noted some light bulbs out in upstairs bath and the can opener didn’t work. As a previous owner of short term rentals would recommend at least a table or chair in bunkbed room to put things on. Location was fantastic for Mardi Gras parade viewing! Just right!

Close to beach and beach access. Good walking paths for pets. Navarre beach beautiful but not pet friendly for walks on the beach. Quiet relaxing. Appliances great including washer and dryer. Outside porch cushions need replacement and might benefit putting in gate child/pet for back porch steps the only other issue was the need for instructions on finding or viewing local channels like the news and weather. Great place to stay. However I would recommend bringing toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and soap. There weren’t any wash rags but they did bring us hand towels upon request. They gave us 2 garbage bags for 6 nights and we had 4 grown men. Would have appreciated a few more. Other than that it’s my only complaint. You get a complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs at the beach across the street which was great for the stay. If you want to venture past that you need to bring your own chairs and umbrellas. The house was very comfortable. The host was very responsive which was appreciated. The grill is charcoal. Amazing Beach Trip!
This home was exactly what was in the description. Navarre Beach is our family’s favorite. We loved the convenience of the home. Our dogs loved it. There was lots of places to walk them. I loved that each room had its own TV. The only negative I have, is that I love a dark bedroom at bedtime. The rooms were very bright with all the outdoor lights and several of the blinds were broken so they were difficult to close. Curtains or room darkening blinds would be a great addition. Awesome beach trip!
Everything was just as advertised. We traveled with our dogs and it was very pet friendly. The house is located on a quiet dead-end street. It is very close to a beach access walk over. Navarre is by far my family’s favorite location. There’s not a lot of high rise condos or businesses and that’s what we love, it is so peaceful. Navarre Beach is also a short drive to Pensacola, Fort Walton and Destin where you can find lots of great restaurants and family activities. Beachy blues
Front door didn’t stay closed, front storm door also didn’t close properly. Musty odor of wood rot in central portion of home and upstairs bathroom was very hot and didn’t seem to cool down well. Overall great experience
Beautiful location and property. 4 stars on cleanliness because there were a few things you could tell hadn't been cleaned properly. (The fans had thick dust layers on the blades) A little disappointing considered how much they charge for the cleaning fees, and makes you question the rest of the property. My family ran out of the provided towels quickly, and the house didn't come with enough soap or any spices(not even salt or pepper). 4 stars for accuracy of property description because the pictures made it seem as if the property was 3 stories and it was, but the rooms in the screened in porch were locked. Meaning you have to walk down the outside stairs to get to the screened in porch. Not a huge thing, just more surprising then anything. No landscaping was done as the flower beds were overgrown and the pond out back had no water in it though the pump was still active, which made a weird noise out back the whole time. Once again, minor inconvenience. Lastly, the toaster quit working during our stay, and they offered to bring another one. They did provide extra bowls for any pets traveling with. Spring Break 2024
We love the Navarre area! My son, 2 nephews and I came for Spring Break and loved this bungalow. The location was perfect. We had easy access to the beach, and the pier. The bungalow was the perfect size for 3 boys (11, 16, and 17) and myself. We had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!Tina K. - Posted: 5/7/2024

Beach House Rental
Great location. Guest service worked out the problem with passcode quickly. The down stairs screened porch was unusable due to extremely dirty. It looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned or at least wiped down in years. I didn’t address it, which I should have.Robin D. - Posted: 5/7/2024

Perfect beach house in a perfect location!
Can’t say enough good things about this place! The location is everything, the house is lovely, spacious, clean, colorful, and well equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and convenient location to everything on Navarre Beach. A very walkable spot - we walked to the pier, restaurants and of course the beach and sound.
