Blessing on the Beach

My husband and I took our children and grandchildren to PC beach for Fall Break. Blessing in the Beach was perfect for us. Pool, beach, game room, great sleeping accommodations, and stocked kitchen made it an enjoyable trip. We had one small problem but it was addressed promptly!! The personnel at Scenic Stays are great and easy to work with. One cant go wrong renting this house through Scenic Stays!!

Overall great stay and enjoyed the property and location. Property was as described and host was friendly with quick response time for questions/messages. A few maintenance issues noted during our stay but overall would recommend to others and stay here again!

We were a family of 16 ranging in ages 6 - 66. We went in the 1st week of August.The ability to just walk down to the beach is a tremendous plus to this property. The gulf-front views were amazing. I was skeptical about the size of the pool when I was deciding which property to select, but in hindsight, it was one of the best features! Our younger family members practically lived there the whole time, and their parents were happy to let them play there, confident that the pool was safe enough for them to be there with minimal supervision.The house is very well kept and recently constructed. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for all of us. The beach location is midway between Panama City Beach and Rosemary Beach. We rented bikes and did some exploring around Rosemary Beach and beyond. The beachfront had a smattering of other people, but there was plenty of beach for everyone. The presence of lifeguards on 4-wheelers was practically non-existent, and the yellow flag on the nearby flagpole was never taken down at the end of the day, leaving me to wonder how often someone evaluated the hazard level of the water. There are trash cans placed by the public access boardwalk, and those were maintained maybe every other day. I make these observations just to inform readers that you should be prepared to swim at your own risk and make your own judgments about the level of danger. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I had a wonderful stay and loved the house and private beach. I was concerned prior to my stay that the pool would be too small, but actually it was great. There were only 2 things that need to be addressed. There was not enough silverware for 10 people and the pointy bushes on each side of the driveway needs to be trimmed. If you put two cars side-by-side, you cannot open your car door without the bushes sticking you in the face. Our family loved the house and we are already discussing staying again in your home next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

No place will ever be without issues or problems, so I rated them 5 stars not only for the beautiful home with great response and beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, but also for the way they promptly and how friendly they fixed the issues that did come up. For the 13th year in a row my family and I have gathered from multiple states to celebrate Thanksgiving together. We’ve always rented houses on the beach in Panama City Beach, usually east of Pier Park. This time we chose this house, west of Pier Park and were pleased with the location. The house itself was a bit smaller than houses in the past and the parking was definitely less roomy than before. The elevator was a big plus since the house is tall and slender with LOTS of stairs! The front door only had one key and no key pad and a VERY tricky locking system which took us a while to figure out. This tricky-locking system included all the doors, front and back. We never did figure out the pool-door alarm system since pushing the button caused the alarm to go off rather than keeping it from sounding. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and cutlery. Only one refrigerator was a bit of a handicap during the week of Thanksgiving since everyone brought food and the storage was limited. We finally had to resort to using ice chests. An extra refrigerator in the “game room” would be a nice addition. There was no cable available for the TV so no football on Thanksgiving day which was a bummer for all the football fans. The unheated pool was used once by one person. The internet was sporadic and needed a booster since one of our party had to work all week and required a strong connection. On the whole we are an amiable group and our week was enjoyed by all.

everything was wonderful!! the pictures are accurate, which is rare for most places we've stayed. ONLY con is it is right next to a beach access across from a lot of residential homes so the beach wasn't as private for how much I paid. however, the views were breathtaking, the ramp down to the beach was a life saver, and this home has plenty of space to feel at home away from home. highly recommend!
