- A $2 M+ lobby renovation, including a dedicated conference room

- New elevators throughout the building

- New entry doors and windows

- A redesigned courtyard with a fire pit and grilling station

- A full pool rebuild and refreshed landscaping, planned as part of ongoing improvements starting in the Fall 2026.
