Property is in the best location. Phenomenal beach is literally just steps away. Condo is very spacious and decorated well. Some of the furniture was a little beat up but that was a minor thing compared to how nice the place is.

The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach was a perfect location for our family of 5. I could sit on the balcony and see my family on the beach. We were close enough to come back for food/beverages/ restrooms. We rented beach chairs for the week (which I'll admit were a little costly) but not having to haul things back and forth was great. We were within walking distance to several dining options and dessert places. The bedrooms were all spacious and laid out nicely. The kitchen cookware was lacking if you plan on doing any in house cooking (no whisk, clunky spatula and spoon). The living room furniture was very worn with a rip in the ottoman and a wheel that kept falling off. All in all, we had a great trip and location could not have been better.

First time staying here. Nice size condo with beautiful views. Very nice bathrooms. The outside of condo could benefit from more lighting. The only negative was the early am construction crew that arrived at 6:50 am directly above us; lasted the entire morning; issue resolved afterwards.

Our arrival day we were greeted with a call from Scenic Stay's informing us they called the sheriff on us because we failed to move our car. The problem was, we were not there and had not checked in yet. In fact, they called before check-in time. Probably best to do a little homework before making a call like that. The unit was very nice & we did enjoy our stay despite Scenic Stay's service. However, it could definitely use some sprucing up-attention made to cleaning-dried up contact lens on the nightstand.....Scenic Stays was incredibly rude about check out. I went to the my car just after 9am.Housekeeping was outside. I assumed it was for the unit across from us. When I came back, our code had been disabled. Fortunately, the rest of the family was inside. Our code was disabled & housekeeping was waiting outside the unit long before the 10am check out time. Scenic Stays needs to work on how they treat their renters. This was a very expensive weekend for this type of treatment.

We loved the condo! Spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The view and location were excellent and we would stay at this unit again. There were a few minor issues and maintenance was prompt and friendly. My only suggestion is that they include more written instructions in the unit (for using TV, hurricane door, etc.) but otherwise it was wonderful!

This condo worked really well for a girls weekend of 5. Comfy bedrooms - each w en suite. Wish the place has a hot tub! Beach view and access was great as was proximity to restaurants and shopping which was across the street! Enjoyed seaside wine festival too! Would have been nice if condo had been stocked w at least Kuerig coffee and beach towels or chairs- if you fly in hard to enjoy beach w/put any beach stuff. Overall great- I will say the gates to get in and gate to beach were a little difficult w multiple codes.

Outstanding location. Very clean unit. Awesome views. Walkable to coffee and cocktails. Next door to public beach which helped with no steps /. Needed kitchen pots and pans. They brought us new. Always answered the phone to help us. Stove took forever to warm up and cook. Struggle in kitchen a bit.
Bring salt, pepper and spices. None at all. You’ll need foil, trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent. Either not there or not enough for a weeks stay.
Definitely coming back. Would highly recommend except just make sure you have extra kitchen stuff.

Overall this is an excellent location...excellent condo... beautiful views. Two things that I believe could be improved relatively easy - the room had terrible internet service which caused the TV not to work most of the time and no one could get service on their phones. Simple fix would be to update router and modem.Also... waaaaayy to many codes to remember- Room, pool gate, beach gate, entry gate. Overall we had a wonderful time.

The only thing I would recommend is not using the chair service that was in the emails or binder in the condo . They wanted to charge us double what the guy right outside our condo charged us . This place was great! We had an amazing vacation. So many extras we weren’t expecting (side rails and fans provided for secondary rooms, Netflix and Disney +). The place was so clean except for a handful of various sized hairs in the master bed. Luckily the laundry room was the perfect way to ensure we could relax and get a good night of sleep after that discovery. Our biggest concern/complaint was the fact we were given the wrong gate code to get to the beach. One day I stood for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come through the gate so I could get back to the beach. We alerted the company and never received a response. We also read complimentary beach chairs were set up daily for us. The 30A beach chair company said the new owners of this property didn’t include for 2021. Again, no response from the rental company when we provided that information during our stay and asked them to correct for is. Luckily we brought our own chairs and hauled to the beach daily since there was false advertising about the chairs. The communication with the rental company was good until we gave that info, then we never heard from them again!

My husband and I just got back from a week at this fantastic property for our 20th anniversary. The location can't be beat - all the benefits of 30A without all the density of Seaside and Rosemary Beach. It's across the street from Sunrise Coffee and kitty corner from Shunk Gulley, two of our favorites. The property was spotless, well decorated, the furniture was well laid-out, and there was a fireplace! That was a must for us for a wintertime trip. We don't really have any complaints - there were two exterior lights out on the 2nd floor landing (kinda dangerous at night) which the property management promptly had replaced. We're already talking about when we can come back again, if we can stomach the higher-season rates!

This unit is beautiful and was VERY clean. Very well appointed and a really convenient location. Just one complaint on complex; the pool is between buildings and gets maybe 2 hours of direct sun a day. While this may keep it cooler on the deck and provide some shelter it means the water is cold. The last day of August it is take your breath away cold. I’d suggest running the heater periodically to make it bearable. If you only care about the beach then this place is close to perfect.

If they could run the heater just a little, even is summer, it would probably be perfect.

We loved your beach condo! It was wonderful. Our family thought it felt so soothing and calm, maybe because of the colors of the walls or the fact we were directly on the beach or both... 🤗 And our little ones loved the big tub! Your place had everything we needed. But we hated to leave. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Will be returning for sure! Jess and Donna Wilhelm and kids.

Lovely place especially since being renovated. The bed in the master bedroom was too firm for us. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

Missing 30a already!!!! This condo was PERFECTLY furnished. The view of the beach was SPECTACULAR!!! 30a on the Fourth of July has got to be hard to beat!!!!

We had an amazingly wonderful week (6/23/18-6/30/18) at this condo in Santa Rosa! The condo was immaculate and the views from the second floor patio out onto the blue/green of the gulf was just perfect! The layout and design of the condo was very nice and well put together! My family and extended family enjoyed that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The pool between buildings A & B was shaded in the afternoons which was a nice relief from the blazing sun at times. There is plenty of local entertainment, restaurants, watering-holes, shopping, etc. right across the street and within walking distance. We loved our stay and hope that we can return one day soon!!!

We have stayed in this condo three times and absolutely love this place. The condo is very clean and well decorated. The views from the balcony are breath-taking. Great location for walking to various restaurants.

This condo was beautifully designed and incredibly welcoming. All colors brought the splendor of the beach right into the Villas. Thanks to the owners for beach towels, nice soaps and toiletries and literally everything we needed to make it a perfect, relaxing week of vacation.

We've been going to Dune Allen beach for 30 years and this was one of our favorite places! The decor is comfortable yet chic, warm and inviting! Attention to detail is incredible, from plenty of beach towels to every cooking implement imaginable! Thank you for making our week there even more enjoyable!

This charming condo was all that we hoped for and more. The view was fabulous, much better than in the pictures. The decor was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. We have been coming to this area for over 12 years, and this condo was stocked better with necessities and instructions than any other. It was also very clean. The central location is great, right between Sandestin and Seaside, which include our favorite restaurants. Plus you can walk across the street to Gulf Place for shopping, dining, or music venues. The elevator was nice for unloading the cars, and the beach access is literally right out the door. We had beautiful weather,too! This was the perfect place for our generational family of 6 to enjoy a perfect vacation.

We've been coming to the area to visit our son for 5 years and came this time to meet our first grandchild! This is the nicest place we've rented yet. We always choose a fabulous gulf front location so the great view right on the beach was anticipated and did not disappoint. The open concept floor plan was fantastic! 6-8 people can comfortably share this space. It was decorated very nicely- no tacky tourist stuff. You have great gulf views from the kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen was well stocked (we usually only eat out once so we cook a lot). Other than missing the ability to grill, we had everything we needed. I bring a big bin of various things like utensils, dish towels, place mats, cutting board, hot pads, sponges, Tupperware, ect but it was all there! Great serving pieces, nice dishes and glassware. Pots and pans were better than usual, too. There was even a collection of spices that we helped ourselves to. Beds were all comfy, nice linens. Bath towels were just ok but they also supplied beach towels and an array of beach stuff we aren't used to finding. Master was huge and queen room was good size. Double queen room was crammed in and really only suitable for kids because of no floor space yo walk and small closet and dresser but had a small bath of its own. Having the elevator was great for my elderly parents and was awesome for the loading-in and out of second floor. Pool was nice- mostly shaded all day so stayed on the cool side even in the 90+ heat. Good beach access with foot showers, grounds we'll kept, great access to the few small stores and coffee shop across the street. The Publix grocery store and liquor store are a short convenient drive. Wifi worked with no issues for multiple devices at once. Good sized balcony that comfortably held 6. No noise complaints either. We will definitely return- can't think of a thing we needed except would have liked to be able to grill some of the great local fish which we sautéed instead. Thanks to the property manager Carolyn and the owners- well done!
