We had the most wonderful stay at Take It Eeaazy in Carillon Beach! The location truly couldn’t be better—situated right on the lake with peaceful views, yet the beach crossover is basically right across the street, making it incredibly easy to go from coffee on the porch to toes in the sand in minutes.The home itself was very spacious and exceptionally clean, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. One of our favorite features was the outdoor space—two beautiful back porches (one screened-in) that were perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The front porch with the swing and rocking chairs added such a charming touch and made it feel like a true beach retreat.One of the highlights of staying in Carillon is being able to hop on the golf cart and cruise around town. We loved riding over for breakfast at Our Little Beach Cafe and grabbing an afternoon adult beverage at The Salty Bottle. And of course, a stop at The Shipwreck is always a must for the perfect little treasures to bring home and remember our Carillon stay.Overall, this home checked every box—beautiful location, comfortable space, and the perfect Carillon Beach experience.10/10 recommend Take It Eeaazy and Carillon Beach for your next Emerald Coast getaway!

Take it Easy is one of our favorite songs. So we were pleased with the name. The cute style caught our eye in 2014 when we first stayed in Carillon on the beach. We have been back many years to Carillon Beach at different houses. This house has a very open first floor with the kitchen and dinning area with table for 6 also a small couch with footrest to look out onto one of the screened porches facing the lake. You have a lovely view of the small Church. At night the lights of the condos light up the night , very pretty. The living room has 2 full couches and 2 side chairs arranged to face the big screen tv. The TV is visible from kitchen and dinning room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master with king bed and access to the second porch over looking lake. The guest room is next to the master and is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The third room is the bunk room and it is very cute with 2 sets of bunks. One has single bed over full and one has a stairway to the top. This is sturdy bunks with wood frames. And enough floorspace to feel comfortable. This overlooks the beautiful Beachside drive lined with large palms. You are so close to the beach, just cross street and the walkover is in the area to the left. We had a wonderful stay and this home surprised us with style and open space. And the Gorgeous beach is the best sand ever.

My wife and I were on our Baby Moon, and this was the perfect place to stay! As the name of the house, "Take It Easy", is literally the perfect description of this property! This was the perfect house with private beach access and a private neighborhood for a quiet week getaway for the two of us. I loved the outdoor shower to clean off sand after going to the beach to keep the house clean. Literally the best place for a chill week or would be great for hosting families. The owners gave us a place and a week to remember with this rental!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home was very comfortable. Great location with the Lake in your backyard and the walkover a short distance to the Beach. We were on the sand in less than 3 minutes. Loved the bedroom set up and it was most convenient having 4 full bathrooms. One bathroom next to the side entrance where the outdoor shower was handy to dry off and make sure you didn't carry sand into the home. We would definitely stay here again! Love the Carillon Beach Community been vacationing here for 22 years.

Great location! Perfect layout for a family with 3 young children. Loved the shower out the back (side) door. We had a plumbing issue with one of the commodes and it took them over 24 hours to repair it. Kitchen was minimally stocked for anyone doing a lot of cooking. Other than those two minimal things it was great! Communication was excellent when I had to contact about commode.

Take It Eeaazy is in a fantastic location. It's just a few steps from the easiest beach crossover at Carillon Beach and is an easy walk to two of the beautiful pools. It has two back porches overlooking Lake Carillon, and we loved time on these porches. The bedrooms are very nice, and we loved having four full bathrooms. The bathrooms are a bit small but pretty, and the showers are also a little small, but have great shower heads. The living area downstairs is so comfortable and spacious. The beds and bed linens felt so good. The home was spotless when we arrived, and ScenicStays made check-in and check-out very easy. We absolutely love this home! We hope to stay there again soon.

Gorgeous 3 bedroom home (2 kings and twin/ double & twin bunk beds). All three bedrooms are upstairs, and an additional bathroom is downstairs. Has a Keurig and a 12oz coffee pot. Very clean and the owners even have a laminated print out with the channel listing. (I know that seems menial - but as someone who has had to scroll through each channel with a little one… this was huge!) The house backs up to the lake and the community it is in has beach access. The beach is gorgeous and clean. There is a guard that checks each vehicle as it comes in.

This was our family’s favorite beach trip! We loved the house! It was beautiful and perfect for our family! The mornings were so peaceful on the porch overlooking the lake and the beach was just across the road. We definitely plan to stay here again!

We loved our stay at take it easy. The house was very clean and and living space is large. It is an easy walk to the beach and pools. Loved having 4 full bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. And I appreciated that everything was very clean but just smelled fresh and not the strong smell of toxic cleaners. Also loved having an outdoor shower. The house was was well equipped and we will definitely rent here again.
