The place was nice and clean! Although they have construction going on it was still nice, quiet and relaxing. The best part about it was overlooking the beach being on the 18th floor it was beautiful

The unit itself is very nice. The parking for the condo building sucks. It fills super fast and you have to park across the Hwy down the street.

We’ve stayed at the SunDestin a few years now and this was our favorite room yet! Great views, updated room, and everything we could’ve needed. Construction is still on going, but never bothered us a bit. I would definitely recommend a stay at the SunDestin, specifically room 1805

We loved the condo. It was clean and the view was amazing. The only thing I can say is the mattress needs to be replaced. We loved having a washer and dryer. The whole week was so amazing. We will be back

Everything was great from the moment we arrived through the entire stay, everything was just as advertised. The views were incredible, the pool access was excellent, and without a doubt, both the service and the stay were amazing.

This place was stunningly beautiful! It was amazing on the 18th floor. We actually arrived early from out of state, about 1:30 am or so. The staff allowed me to get my parking pass and hang out in the parking lot and on the beach. Check-in wasn't till 4 pm. But they allowed us to get into our condo by 11:30 am. It was very much appreciated as we were so tired from a day of driving. Everything was so clean. The staff was so nice! Made me feel welcome immediately! Thank you so much for hosting my birthday getaway for my husband and I. 48 years old never felt better from your beautiful beach! God bless!

This was the most amazing trip!!! My husband and I spent 3 a day weekend getaway for my birthday here and it was PERFECT! The location is great, amazing views, right on the beach, super close to all the great restaurants and shopping and the condo itself was absolutely beautiful and so clean! We will absolutely be back! The beach it sits on is absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all despite all of the other beachfront condos close nearby. We spent our evenings in the outdoor hot tub and indoor heated pool. The elevators also work well and were super fast. Even being on the 18th floor, it didn’t take much time at all to get up or down. Scenic Stays was so kind in our interactions via messages/email as well. We cannot wait to come back!! Thank you again! 😊🫶🏼

We loved our unit at SunDestin. It was clean and in great condition. The view was absolutely beautiful from the balcony. My one and only complaint is that the dishwasher wasn’t working but otherwise the kitchen was great. The lobby was nice and everyone was professional and knowledgeable about the area. We definitely will stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary, and we had a wonderful time. The view alone makes it fantastic… we saw so many dolphins our first night there! The host was amazing at communicating and keeping us updated. The condo was very clean and just wonderful overall.
I would recommend bringing bathroom soap with you though. They do kindly provide dish soap and a few laundry tablets for their guests though. I highly recommend this condo!

Staying on a high floor is a must. The views are amazingly breathtaking. The room itself was well decorated and much bigger in person than pictured. There was more than enough room for my family of four to stay for the entire week. The fully equipped kitchen is a must and helped us save a lot of money. Washer and dryer, another must. Being in the ocean and in the pools daily you need a convenient place to wash your clothes. The only thing that we didn’t like but also liked is that the location is on a busy strip but also seconds near everything major. Will definitely visit again soon and book the same room.

This was our second year in destin and our second year using scenic stays at the Sundestin. We absolutely love the room and the top floor. The only complaint is the front load washing machine was moldy and we decided not to use it. Needs cleaned and aired out. But all of that aside we will be coming back and this is out favorite room so far!

My daughter and I love SunDestin, and Unit 1805 was absolutely PERFECT. The furniture and decorations were great both inside and on the balcony. We loved the counter space in the bathrooms, washer/dryer, and the master bedroom layout. Also, the master bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on, so I had three great nights of rest. Our plan is to book this unit for any future stays. A BIG A+ from me and my daughter!

We have been coming to Destin for over 25 years and have seen some really beautiful units and some that were not so beautiful. We were so pleased to see all the upgrades and renovations in this unit. The level of cleanliness was really outstanding and I am admittedly hard to please because nothing is even clean enough for me. We were very impressed. Please keep up the amazing care of this unit so we can come back!!

This condo appeared to be newly renovated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We also had a washer and dryer within the unit whereas many of the units that my friends stayed in did not. Great location excellent beach access clean. If I had to stay again this unit would be the one!

We enjoyed our stay at SunDestin. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The shop on site had plenty of beach necessities to get you started. Even though it was booked out, the crowd wasn’t a problem for us as we did not have our kids. Might have been a little tough to keep up with young children there when it is so full. The guests were friendly and everyone was courteous-no noise problems and no inappropriate behavior. Several stores and a few restaurants were within walking distance. We used Uber to get to other destinations and the wait wasn’t too bad. The building could use a little updating particularly in the hallways where musty carpet covered the ground. Downstairs was very clean and the staff was constantly working to mop up wet tracks from the pool area. The beach was very clean even with the crowd. We didn’t know to book chair/umbrella rentals online which would have saved us a 45min wait in line. Otherwise great trip and would come again.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was as expected. Very clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and easy to reach by phone when we had a few questions. The beach access was perfect. One thing we missed was that the chair and umbrellas rentals can be done online saving a long wait in line. They have rules about bringing your own umbrella- you have to keep it behind the chair/umbrella rentals. You can however bring your own chairs and place them wherever you like. Even though the resort was crowded we had no trouble getting an elevator or a spot in the sand. People were very friendly. My only complaint was that the unit smelled of smoke when we arrived (probably from a previous guest) but it aired out quickly. Might consider replacing carpet in the bedroom and getting a new mattress. We had a great trip!

It was nothing like staying beach front! This was our first time and it won’t be our last!! Easy access to the beach and walking distance to food if you want. But still close to everything you need! Indoor pool if it gets chilly. Me and my family had a great time!
