Perfect getaway for a girls trip!!! Being directly on the beach is what sold us

Great location, right on the beach. Convenient to many restaurants and activities.
Plenty of room inside the apartment. Dishwasher, Blender, Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator made it nice to do breakfast and lunch. We would go out to dinner each, and plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Some construction was going on during our stay, but nothing that was a hindrance. The beach is very nice and you can rent chairs, umbrellas, Paddleboards, and Kayaks.
Will stay here again.

Everything was perfect about our stay. Friendly staff at check in, beautiful view, hot tub, pool and how about this: just steps to the beach!! Condo was perfectly decorated! Bed super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful unit. we had a 180 degree view which was breathtaking. The bed was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. I love the laminate flooring which is much more comfortable than cold tile. I would stay again

The condo was clean and beautiful. Love the beach decor! Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only thing I would recommend changing is to have shade options or umbrellas by the outdoor swimming pool. We did not use it due to extreme heat and zero shade options. Aside from this disappointment, I would recommend staying at Sun Destin! Thank you!

We had a great stay. The only thing I would recommend is that the listing says it sleeps 4 people however this is only one room in this condo and there may be a disclaimer somewhere on the website stating this but I must have missed it. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

Great location on the beach with very easy access. We felt we were very close to a lot of the restaurants and attractions. You can get to many different places within 10 minutes in either direction.
The host was very responsive, and SunDestin was helpful as well. For two people, the condo is very comfortable. Either person has their own bathroom, but share a shower.
Would definitely stay again.

The condo and complex was good. Not having a washer/dryer in the condo was difficult and for future rentals that will definitely be a must have. Phone reception was a problem. We had no service most of the time inside the condo which caused issues making and receiving calls.

I previously wrote a review saying this wasn't the property advertised but it was. The mirror made it look bigger and different. The property was perfect! Kyle, the desk clerk, was so professional and helpful. I would stay again. I did think the property was oceanfront from the advertised picture, but it was still nice being able to see the ocean from an angle.

The unit is spacious, nicely decorated and has two entries to the balcony L/R and B/R. Lots of natural light. A/C works great! Gift shop is a big plus. Cons: needs new dishwasher and sofa cushions are stained, but I will stay again as those items can be fixed.

Just what we expected, easy checkin, friendly staff, and easy to find parking in the free lot provided. Condo was great, with great views. Expect traffic noise (loud exhaust noise) from US98. No fault on the host, just something we noticed based on location. There is tons to do in the immediate vicinity, lots of kitschy places and restaurants. We ended up going to Seaside/Alys Beach/Seacrest every night for food and sometimes during the day for shopping when the weather was bad. Otherwise, if you’re ok with shopping Alvin’s Surf Shop type places or about a 5-ish minute drive to the boardwalk, it’s a great spot.
Thanks for the great stay, overall well worth the price, just wish the weather was nicer during our stay, but that’s just the luck of the draw sometimes.

While the building is older, the unit was very clean and updated décor. The people at the registration desk were nice and friendly. The reason for the 4 star rating for guest service is I tried to call, "00" twice to ask a question about a laundry room, no one ever answered.

It was very clean and the front desk staff was friendly. It was perfect for a quick trip with my four year old. The view was great from the room, and it was super clean. It is in the middle of everything so all the restaurants and amusement places were super easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is great. It has a nice ocean view from the balcony with about 2 min walk down to the beach from the room. Exactly what we were looking for! It has been remodeled with a welcoming beach themed decor. It was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. Restaurants and grocery are a short drive away. We will definitely consider staying here again!

The view was amazing. Very nice condo. I’d prefer a laundry room over a 1/2 bath. the condo staff do a great job of cleaning common areas and public restrooms! Change machine was out for doing laundry. (Should be included). The condo fees were as high as the room rate

We had an amazing time. I can't think of anything to complain about. If we were not moving to Florida in a month, we would come back. But we are going to tell our friends about your condo. It was beautiful. And Scenic Stays is a well-oiled machine. Very smooth process.

Thank you for the clean nice condo. Fry pan needs replacing with non-stick. The handle was almost off and I was able to find a screwdriver to tighten. The pan sticks even with butter and oil. Impossible to cook an egg. Master bathroom sink needs pipe to be cleaned. Maybe a whole bottle of Dawn would work. I didn’t have enough. Thank you again for the lovely rental.

The owners should probably get better bedding for the master. It was a little…. Scraggly? The description should also include that the condo is beach side with a view. We were very pleased!

Perfect condo for a Long Beach weekend. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Beach was gorgeous & the condo was great! Well decorated with upgraded kitchen. Ice maker was a bit noisy though

Unit 1717 - great place to stay with awesome views .. very clean and very nicely decorated .. everything well stocked with extra towels, sheets,etc.. everything you need in a kitchen. You do enter the condo from the outside so if afraid of heights this may be a problem as it was for my wife..
