SunDestin Unit 1712 is a cheerful, airy two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo accommodating up to six. The open concept dining/living area boasts beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and overflows with sunshine. The unit houses two bathrooms and three flat-screen televisions and the fully appointed, well-stocked kitchen boasts a stackable washer/dryer for added convenience. Curl up in the master suite with king sized bed, the guest suite with twin beds, or on the queen-sized living room sleeper sofa for a night of peaceful slumber. Enjoy the fresh sea air on the gulf-front private balcony, accessed directly from either the living room or master bedroom.
SunDestin Beach Resort, located in the heart of Destin, is just minutes from a multitude of fun ways to spend your day! Enjoy shopping at Destin Commons, a popular mall with several dining options, shops, and a movie theatre showing the latest releases. Venture to Harborwalk Village for waterfront shopping, paddle board and kayak rentals, and world class fishing.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

What about parking for 2 vehicles ? Stayed there last year . Parking was tight hard to find a spot. Thinking about coming back in June with more people in 2 vehicles. On the website it say you have a overflow lot . What's the details on the overflow lot . Do I have to pay to park our second vehicle?

Great question, and we’re so glad you’re thinking about coming back! Parking can feel a bit snug during peak times, but the good news is that a second vehicle may park for free in our overflow lot, which is conveniently located just across the street.
When you arrive, you’re absolutely welcome to pull up to the front desk first to unload passengers and luggage. Our team will provide the parking pass, and then the second vehicle can be parked in the overflow lot with no additional charge. We’ll help make arrival smooth and stress-free so you can get right to enjoying your stay!
