Welcome to SunDestin Beach Resort by Scenic Stays! This premier condominium in the heart of Destin is situated on a private beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The Scenic Stays team looks forward to welcoming you to your next beach vacation at our 24-hour front desk. SunDestin Beach Resort features many onsite amenities including a newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, newly renovated onsite restaurant, and much more!
Upon entry to SunDestin Unit 1114, you are greeted by a fully appointed kitchen, perfect for making meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 4 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for two. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!
Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while guests relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the flat panel televisions located in the living room and bedroom both equipped with DVD players. DVD rentals are available in the lobby directly across from the gift shop!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
The resort is only four miles away from an array of shops and restaurants at Harborwalk Village and Big Kahunas Water Park is less than a mile away. We look forward to greeting you at SunDestin as soon as your vacation begins- you'll leave ready to book your next experience with us!
Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pools.
During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
These enhancements are designed to elevate the guest experience for years to come, and we look forward to welcoming guests in Summer 2026 to a beautifully refreshed SunDestin Beach Resort—one that reflects the level of care, comfort, and coastal hospitality our owners and guests expect.
