Beautiful property! Loved staying at the condo and having access to the pool and beach. Crabby Steve’s restaurant on site was delicious and had incredible views of the sunset. Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful condo in a great complex with a wonderful pool and easy access to a private beach with chairs and umbrella available. The condo itself was clean and made for a comfortable stay for a week. Great views of the Gulf and the pool from the second story balcony. Such a pleasant and easy walk to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

We absolutely loved this condo! Incredible location, and the condo was clean and well appointed. The host proactively communicated with us and gave clear instructions. Overall, it was an incredible experience!

Perfect place to stay for our beach vacation! This was our first time staying in this area, and we will definitely be back. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. Because the beach in front of this resort is for guest use only, it was not crowded at all. Crabby Steve’s is an added bonus - a great spot to grab drinks for the beach or lunch! There’s tons of restaurants in walking distance, and the area is very walking/bicycling friendly. I definitely plan to stay here again!

If you’re looking for the perfect place in Inlet/Rosemary beach, look no further. While several other options tout easy beach access, they are referring to public access, which can be VERY difficult to find and access in 30A. Not only will you be staying in a gorgeous, well-appointed (not cheap rental stuff) condo, you will have private beach access, a resort style pool, a private restaurant on site (great food and even better service), and two beach chairs + umbrella set up for you each morning with a name tag (included). Walk literally across the street for Starbucks in the morning or several other local options, and Rosemary Beach proper is two blocks down the road (maybe a 5 minute walk). This is a spacious 2 BR/2 BA condo that was absolutely spotless upon arrival, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. If you’re looking for a hassle-free stay in 30A and this meets your space needs, don’t consider anywhere else.

We had an amazing stay at this property! My husband and I did a weekend getaway and it was our first time visiting 30A. The host was very proactive and helpful in sharing all the information we needed. The unit was very clean and well kept. The location was perfect with access to the pool and the beach. Very walkable to all the local restaurants/shops as well which we enjoyed. Highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing week as a family during the busiest week of spring break. High Pointe Resort offers a quiet space among the chaos for your family to enjoy time together. The condo was perfect! It was spacious, extremely clean and the bikes and chairs included help you enjoy everything on and off property. I highly recommend this condo for anytime of the year with your family!

What a great place to get away to!!!! The condo was in a great location and an easy walk to the beach and the pool. The place was super clean and they provided enough supplies to get the stay started. It was in a great location where you can walk to shops and restaurants. Definitely will be back the next time we come to Rosemary Beach

Great property! Excellent location, great beach access! Lots of great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The pool was really nice and we had access to a nice pickle ball court. The condo itself is well equipped and maintained. My only gripe is that the WiFi wasn’t great, streaming was iffy.
We went during spring break for many area schools so there were lots of teenagers everywhere. Not sure what the crowds look like at other times. The area is crowded so make sure you have reservations for restaurants.

My friends, and I loved everything about this condo! Once you get there, you don’t have to drive anywhere. Although it is a hike to the beach, it is totally worth it.

My family enjoyed our stay at your condo! The water filter in the fridge needs replaced. My only concern/problem was that there is not a lock on the inside of the door. My 19 month old son opened the door and ran out of our condo. We had to put a chair in front of the door the whole time to keep him from opening the door.

My husband and I stayed in condo 224 this past week and loved it! The decor is classy-beach and luxurious. The bathrooms have a spa vibe with relaxing showers. The kitchen was fully stocked. The patio furniture provides a perfect spot to enjoy a drink/meal with a beautiful view of the pool and beach. We will definitely be returning next time! One suggestion is to add a full length mirror.

Condo is in ideal location. We loved the easy access to the beach and eating at Crabby Steve’s. The pool was closed during our stay for renovations so that was a bummer. The condo is very nicely updated and beds were comfortable. Replace the bedroom rugs and it would be 5 star condo! Great communication w/ customer service during our stay was appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay, the location and the property. We would likely not rent bikes again. The trails are for both walkers and bikers making it a bit more difficult to bike. There is a lot of construction at this time which limits the bike access. There is plenty to do within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and the property is well kept. This unit is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. Thank you!

This condo has been beautifully updated and taken care of. It was a wonderful stay! I would vacation here again. The added perks of chair rental and bikes was fabulous, not every condo offers this. ScenicStays guest relations is awesome, easy to connect with and let you know they are there to help if needed. Only thing that needs a little work is the sliding doors were hard to move - really had to put some muscle into it. Easy fix with some oil. I highly recommend this renting this unit, you will not be disappointed.
