Full Kitchen, ready for cooking for large groups. By far the cleanest home I've rented.Less than 1.5 miles to the mall.Short walk to the beach. The house is 3 stories with the kitchen on the 2nd floor, just for others to be aware.

I recently stayed at this beach house for vacation and I could not have asked for a better experience. The home was absolutely beautiful. - from the elegant decor to the high end finishes, every detail felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. We really enjoyed our stay at Destiny By the Sea. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was a short 5 minute walk to the private beach. There were a couple of problems, however. The key to the front door couldn't be removed after locking the door, (it would get stuck) so we ended up leaving the door unlocked for the first few days of our stay. Also, the bed frame of one of the king sized beds in the smaller master bedroom was broken, making the bed sink in the middle. Maintenance was called for the front door and bed and quickly resolved the problem. This house is lovely but not for guests with bad knees. The kitchen and living room are on the 2nd floor and master bedrooms on the 3rd. If you're young and in good physical shape, it's a great place for a large group to stay.

We LOVED this house! It was clean. The main room was open and had lots of space to gather! The management team let us check in early and texted us throughout the stay to make sure all was going well. When we had questions, they were super responsive! We would stay in this house again!

Property was great and immaculate, however, could improve on kitchen supplies like coffee, sugar and cream, and salt and pepper. Also, no beach towel provided for a beach property. A few board games for entertainment would be nice too.

We had a good stay at this property. The property is located in a very exclusive area, with direct access to a private beach. The house is out 4/5 minutes walk from the beach. We had several age groups in our party, including our parents. The bedrooms downstairs were good for them, however, they had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the second floor kitchen/dining. We had a plumbing issue which was resolved promptly. The customer service/support was prompt. Overall, I would recommend this property for stay especially when you have more than 10 people in the group.

Thank you for a great week. Was missing an iron (guest service immediately provided to us!), do need a better (full size) ironing board and Ice machine didn’t work. But really those were the only minor issues. We loved our stay.

Only complaint was having to call customer service for the lock box code to get into the house. But they got us straightened out! Very apologetic and helpful customer service representative. Great location. Beautiful house. Quiet neighborhood. Two minutes from private beach access. Will stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful and very accommodating for our group. The proximity to the pool and beach was perfect. The only maintenance issue we had was that the locks did not work on the jack and jill bathroom doors. Overall, would highly recommend this stay and will likely stay again in the future. Customer service and the property manager was also amazing.

We enjoyed walking to the beach everyday and the kids loved being a few feet away from the pool. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Plenty of beach equipment so don’t worry about packing floats, chairs, or buckets and shovels. Would love to stay again.

Our group of 9 really enjoyed our stay. There are many positives to the home. The location - proximity to beach and pool was amazing. We enjoyed going between both with ease. The garage has lots of pool toys and floats. Bikes would be the only thing to add that we’ve had at other rentals over the years. Home was clean and comfortable. Beautiful main floor with so much space between the kitchen, dining, and living. The downside was the bathroom configuration was not made clear in the listing. I thought all bedrooms have a bathroom, however two bedrooms share a jack and Jill and the other bathroom is on the main floor where no bedrooms are located. Our group was all adults so this was not ideal, and in the future I’ll be more careful to inquire and not assume based off photos alone. The other downside was the front door and single key to the home was very hard to use. The door would not lock easily, and to not have additional keys for others in our group made things difficult. Once we even forgot to take the key, drove to the house forgetting that another group member had the key… The guards also gave us a hard time about having expired wrist bands. We explained several times we were only provided what the rental had which was a mix of orange and blue bands, but apparently the blue bands were expired from last year.

This home was extremely clean and provided many amenities that made our stayvery comfortable. The response time to any issues was handled swiftly and professionally. I highly recommend this location for a family vacation or girls' getaway. Definitely would rebook during the next visit.

We had the most wonderful stay in Destiny by the Sea. The house was comfortable, spacious and accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed, the grill was brand new. There were plenty of beach toys and accessories in the garage. We had everything we needed right there. The beach was beautiful and chair service was perfect. Highly recommend.

Perfectly situated walking distance between restaurants. Beach a 2 min walk. Community pool visible from the house. Two families had ample room to spread out. In fact we didn’t even use all of the bedrooms! I had emailed the staff to ask if there were beach chairs, wagon or items for us to use and the response was no. However there was actually tons of chairs, sand toys, wagon, cooler already there. Wish we had been told accurate information and we wouldn’t have had to bring all of that. Also, a broom would have been nice to sweep all of the sand. We couldn’t find a broom or a dustpan anywhere.

The home was amazing and very clean. The only issue was there were many broken door locks. The main front door did not lock, therefore we had to sleep in the home without it being locked and leave it unlocked as we were gone. Luckily it's in an gated community and security checking every so often. Some of the bathroom locks were broken too, so some bathroom doors couldn't be locked while a person is in there. Other than that, I wish the drive way was bigger to fit a 5 bedroom house (which barely fitted 3 vehicles).

Beautiful and spacious house!! We all had a wonderful time. We loved the neighborhood! There is a few things that we wished had worked. No ice in maker on first floor, freezer fluctuates in temperature, water dispenser doesn’t work, dryer is very loud and squeaky. Primary master bath leaks through ceiling when you use the tub , 2nd master shower valves do not work. Primary master has a smell. Grill does not work properly, only one burner comes on.

We have stayed in this neighborhood for years, many times but never during the middle of July. We will never come during that time. Too many teenage boys, too many bikes on y The streets and sidewalks and in the pool. It was just a different experience than before. I guess it was baseball nationals but it was a different environment and will arrange coming earlier next time! The house was perfect though, and the convince of the beach just too many bikes, too many boys and too many golf carts! It’s dangerous driving through neighborhood,, afraid u could hit a kid on a bike or in a golf cart!

Everything about this place was PERFECT!!! Hands down the best vacation we ever had….this house was absolutely amazing in every way!! Lots of room for our whole family of 12 to spread out. Our house was immaculate, beds were comfortable, bathrooms for every bedroom, kitchen was well stocked, I could go on & on & on!! PLUS The pool was right across the street & the ocean was only a short walk away. WE LOVED EVERY SECOND…I literally had tears in my eyes as we backed out of the driveway for the last time. It was a vacation of a lifetime…thank you for letting stay here!! PS… We had a little trouble getting our wristbands but management was wonderful to work with & took care of it right away.
