The Crescent 117 features two bedrooms and two baths, accommodating up to six guests. Serene shades of sand and sea create a calming atmosphere in the beautifully furnished, open-concept living area. The living room includes an oversized couch, extra seating, and a large flat-screen TV. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of room for preparing meals, and the dining table seats eight for family gatherings. Relax on the generous balcony, accessible from the living room and master suite, while enjoying stunning sunsets. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, en suite bath, and private balcony access, while the guest suite offers two double beds and an en suite bath. A full-sized washer and dryer add extra convenience.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Great Condo, Could Use A Little Work

Overall, the stay was great. But the unit had a couple of issues. The biggest one was that the master shower had cracks in the grout which caused water to come up from under the floor in the closet, the toilet alcove, and the walk way in the kitchen/living area. The onsite staff, which is top-notch, came within 24 hours, and made a short term repair that fixed the problem. Other than that, only minor cosmetic and functional issues needed attention: the vent in the master toilet room looked like it was about to fall out of the ceiling; the outlet plate on the master vanity is badly misaligned; the utensil drawers in the kitchen were off track. These were the most noticeable. Assuming the needed repairs are made, this is a very nice unit, and one that is not hesitate to book again. The only other issues we had were that people, obviously, kept luggage carts in their condos overnight on the last night so they’d have them the next morning. Also pool rules are 100% not enforced in any way. Kids were diving/flips/etc(it’s way too shallow, and they were just flying over the heads of other guests). And people were drinking in the pool. Twice I saw full cans tip over in the pool. I don’t want to swim through White Claw. All in all, Crescent is an awesome complex, with a friendly and effective staff. I’ll book here again, for sure.

Wonderful Spring Break Getaway

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at The Crescent, but the first in this particular unit. The trip never disappoints. Great location, great amenities, the pool is wonderful and the view is gorgeous. The unit was well kept, clean and had what we needed for a good week at the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great space!

Pictures don’t do this one justice! It’s huge! Living space is amazing! Everything was exactly as we wanted. Coffee pot needs a new reusable mesh filter (we had to buy paper filters). Beyond that, our stay was perfect. We will be back!

Wonderful Condo and Great Location!

We came to town for a football tournament and stayed at Scenic Stays to be near our team. The location was perfect! Having two pools and a hot tub at the complex and being right on the beach was awesome! The condo was exactly as advertised! Everything was clean and in perfect working order. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Such a Great Vacation

We loved our time at the Crescent and overall how well the property is maintained. It’s a great, quiet, and convenient location. The grounds, pools, and beachfront are lovely. The employees working were friendly and helpful. Two minor critiques regarding the condo itself include lack of kitchen utensils and noticing the floors needing to be well mopped; however, we enjoyed our stay so much we will be back. Thank you!
