The lobby gift shop has all the essentials for the perfect beach day, including sunglasses, hats, beachwear, and more. Get a workout in at the fitness facility, grab some cool drinks, and head to the beach! Enjoy the beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee) and drift off to sleep with your favorite book. Our outdoor hot tub soothes aching muscles, and complimentary DVD rentals are additional conveniences to enjoy during your stay! With 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, SunDestin is the perfect place for your personal or professional functions. Our friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1016 is a lovely one-bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. You’ll quickly settle into beach life just steps inside this beautiful retreat. Stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you into the cozy open concept living/dining space, while cozy furnishings invite you to stay awhile. The living room features a plush sofa, occasional chair, and large flat-screen TV, ideal for watching your favorite movies. Open the sliding glass doors and let the coastal breezes drift in while you prepare snacks for the beach in the kitchen. Beautifully appointed with modern appliances, you’ll find everything needed to make refreshing beverages, late-night snacks, or full meals on those nights you want to stay in. Enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast bar, or head out to the private balcony and watch the sunrise daily over the Gulf of Mexico. Retreat to the master suite at day’s end, featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bath, and private access to the balcony. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements for two.

With so much to do at SunDestin, you may never want to leave the resort. Don’t forget there’s lots to do nearby, whether enjoying an afternoon at Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park, spending the day at Crab Island, or shopping at the Destin Commons!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pools.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
