SunDestin Unit 0403 is a gorgeous one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Step into serenity in this beautifully-decorated calming retreat. The immaculate, fully-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks for the beach. Chill on cozy furnishings in the living room with flat-screen TV or gather around the dining table with seating for four. No seat is a bad one in this open-concept living/dining unit! Enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony with expansive views directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Slumber on the queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.
Should you venture off property, we’re centrally located right in the heart of Destin, with lots of activities nearby. Head over to Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park or The Track family recreation center, both within walking distance of the resort and fun for the whole family!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
