This is such a nice property and so close to all the fun things! The neighbors were very nice. The complimentary soaps smell very good! White tea and coconut. We loved staying here and will definitely be back as soon as possible!

Great location, less than 10 min to Navarre beach or 30 min to either Pensacola beach or Destin. House is great, rooms are a good size and the kitchen is nice too cook in. Propain grill on the back pourch is good and the garage access for storing floats and paddleboards was really nice. The negatives.If your traveling with two cars the parking is a little tight. The light switches are illogically located, if you stay here you'll see what I mean.. Overall, it was a great stay and we definitely book here again.

Communication was easy from booking until checkout. They even pre-warned us about upcoming activities that would affect traffic. Clean and safe- exactly what a parent wants. Technology was up to date so the teenager was able to stay “connected”.
I am not sure if I read it was two stories and missed that in the description, but I was not expecting two stories. It is a beautiful home, just wish I had known I would have stairs after a beach day 😂 that’s my only complaint- again- could have been my fault for not seeing that in the description.
Quiet time at a family vacation home was odd, but it is a retirement community and they want it to stay quiet and beautiful, so I agree with all the HOA rules in place.
The pool is a great amenity for when parents need to nap and teenagers still want some water.
Overall, we had a great experience and will use them next trip

We loved the location and the home itself was beautiful. We would’ve loved to have been able to check in earlier as we did arrive in Florida much earlier than we expected. We drove by the property and the cleaning crew was leaving hours before our scheduled check in.
Also, please pay closer attention to the bathrooms. There was sand and hair left in the shower and we noticed that water pools on the top ledge of the shower wall due to ill fitting shower heads.

That’s not the level of cleanliness we aim for, and we’ve addressed this with our housekeeping team to ensure it’s corrected moving forward. We’ll also have our maintenance team take a look at the shower heads to resolve the water pooling issue.

This stay was clean, comfortable and quiet. The home was beautiful, very spacious. The location is out of the way.. but still close enough for a short drive to the beach and a stone's throw from stores and places to eat. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time staying in Navarre! The house is incredibly spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors, and the location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from a fun splash pad and park, 10 minutes to the beach, and Walmart is literally around the corner. The host was excellent and super accommodating. Bonus: we even saw a bear, which was an unforgettable surprise! Beautiful area—we’d definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this vacation home! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how beautiful and spacious it was — exactly what you want in a relaxing retreat. Nestled in a peaceful, quiet area, it felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights was its close proximity to the beach — just a short drive away, which made it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds: forest serenity and ocean breeze. The surroundings were incredibly calm and rejuvenating, perfect for morning coffee and evening strolls. To top it all off, I even saw a bear (from a safe distance!), which was an unforgettable experience and a reminder of just how close to nature this home really is. What a beautiful place! After a full day in Destin, Pensacola, and other places it was always nice to come back to a quiet and peaceful place to end the day!
It could have supplied more than one garbage bag for the kitchen and a roll of paper towels BUT I’m sure that was just a simple mistake and we made it work! Over all this was such a GEM! Although it is not a guarantee for early check in, we was able to check in a little earlier which worked out perfect for our family!
I highly recommend you booking! Host is outstanding and quickly to respond!

We had an amazing stay, house was clean and we felt at home! The location was as close as you could stay with out breaking the bank (only 6-8 minutes to cross the bridge) I highly recommend this location when traveling to Navarre!

Our family really liked the townhouse - short drive to Navarre Beach and restaurants. It felt VERY spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with the basics (not bells and whistles if you plan to do a lot of cooking, but we had what we needed).

The place was very clean and functional. The pool was clean and often had it to ourselves. One thing to note is no beach access from the home. From pictures it looks like you might be able to get there by walking but it's closed to the public. Overall, it was well worth the price and we all had a great time.

We had a wonderful time in Navarre and will definitely be back. The host was always responsive, the house was clean, and most of the stay we had double red flags so my kids swam at the pool and it was very well maintained.
