Nestled in one of the most peaceful sections of the 30A corridor, 89 Palmeira Way offers a three-story retreat designed for families and groups seeking upscale comfort and beachside ease. With 4 bedrooms and 4½ baths, this home accommodates up to 12 guests and is beautifully appointed from top to bottom.
On the main level you’ll find the open-concept living space: plush seating facing a large flat-screen TV, walls of windows that drench the room in natural light, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with premium appliances, granite countertops, and a six-seat island—perfect for gathering and entertaining.
Head outside and discover your very own private oasis — a serene heated plunge pool nestled within the outdoor patio, lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, and on the third-floor balcony a generous dining table and more lounge space for alfresco meals or sunset cocktails.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King
Bedroom 2: King
Bedroom 3: Queen
Bedroom 4: 2 sets of Tri bunk beds (note: top & middle bunks have a 100 lb weight limit)
Location couldn’t be better: you’re just a short stroll or bike ride from public beach access, and minutes from the charming town of Seaside, local cafés, ice-cream shops, and scenic bike trails. Combine comfort with convenience and you’ve got the perfect setting for sun, sand, and memories.
Please note: Guests must be above the age of 25, or must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Events are not allowed, and it is a strictly non-smoking property. We welcome well-behaved dogs so your furry family members can join your stay. Dogs are allowed at the property; however, cats are not permitted. If you plan to bring a pet, please send us a message in advance so we can share the pet guidelines and make sure everything is prepared for your arrival. We maintain the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness, so a non refundable pet fee of $300 applies to help ensure all future guests enjoy a pristine home.
