Honestly a perfect location for whatever you want to do! The pool was clean and nice, the beach access is right across the street and several activities and restaurants are just right down the road! I would love to stay here again! They also left plenty of supplies for your stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Flamingo. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions or issues we had. The AC gave us a little trouble and they got right on it when I messaged and even came back a second time and ensured the issue was fixed. The space is perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The backyard and pool was a great, private hang out area and our son’s favorite place. I would highly recommend and will likely stay there again.

This was our first trip with our adult children and their families. The location was perfect! Parking for all families and plenty of room! The service was excellent! Upon arrival, I discovered that the couch bed wasn’t in working condition, a quick message and they had it replaced the next day. The families and myself Loved this house and look forward to booking again in the future.

Excellent location, steps from the beach. Pool was nice and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood and beach was not crowded. Easy drive to all popular restaurants around 20ish minutes to area where Sharky’s, Back Porch, Coyote Ugly, etc. is located. House was easy to check in and out. Clean and tidy. Would recommend you bring your own spices and basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc. if you plan to cook though.

Perfect for a getaway with friends or family! It is extremely close to the beach, has a spacious backyard/pool, and even during Spreak Break season when we went it was not overrun by tourists! The neighbors are very nice as well. For the price and location to the beach, you can’t beat it!

My family travels to Sunnyside and rents an house every summer. This was by far the best location we’ve ever experienced, being that there were 2 public beach access entries directly across the road. The pool pump quit working but the property manager responded and resolved the problem immediately. The pool is perfect, especially if you have young children. I would definitely return!

The house was clean and just as pictured. The location was great, right across the street from beach access. We were less than 30 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. The pool was a nice addition. We will def book again and recommend to friends.

We really enjoyed this stay. The beach access was perfect and easily accessible without having to deal with the hustle and bustle of a condo. All of the beds were really comfortable and slept everyone nicely. The master bed was wonderful and was remote controlled for each side(we want one now).
It was a really clean and enjoyable stay. We also really liked that it was a very minimal list of “to do” when it came to checkout. The grill igniter was broken but we got it to work with just using a lighter.
We will definitely be back!!

It was exactly what we were looking for. It fit everyone comfortably and was very nice inside and outside. We really enjoyed having the pool to get in in the evenings and loved the easy access to the beaches across the street. The only downfall was not being able to get the gas grill to work but other than that we’d love to stay there again. Also loved they provided beach chairs and a wagon.
