We enjoyed the views from the back of the Airbnb of the ocean. You can leave the doors open and hear waves as well. Being on a private beach is great for giving you some space to enjoy the beach. Batten services was amazing to have on the beach with us. He is very polite, informative, and rents kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy on yellow flag days. There are many amazing places within biking/walking distance. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent one bedroom condo right on the beach. Super comfy bed (hard to find in most rentals). Check in and check out were a breeze. Only thing missing was warm weather! 17 degree wind chill on the day we left.
I would definitely stay here again!

Walk down the stairs and immediately on the beach. Convenient chairs and umbrellas provided which was awesome. Just down the road from Alys Beach and all the great restaurants and shops. Condo itself is perfect for a family of 4. First floor was another added convenience. Nicely decorated and all the comforts needed for a few days.

I have stayed on 30A for years and I can say this is hands down the best place I have stayed!!! The view is absolutely amazing with the cutest back porch to enjoy it. Beach is private and quiet so it is great for relaxing and the short walk down the stairs is the cherry on top! The bed is incredibly comfortable and the condo was so clean! We would definitely stay here again. The space was cozy and it was easy to get to the beach. The area was much less busy than other parts of 30A. We liked being able to bounce from the beach and the condo easily. We walked down to Alys Beach for coffee/food and walked along the greenway. It was a short drive to Publix for groceries.
All in all, we had a relaxing and great time here. We highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this property. Location was central to everything. Lots of restaurant options nearby. The beach was gorgeous. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. Scenic Stays was super helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend. Our only dislike would be the amount of stairs to the beach. If stairs are an issue many of these properties are not for you. Other than that, it was exactly what we were looking for.

We had a blast at Blue Tide. Even with a double red day, with the proximity to the Chill and Rosemary beach we were able to use bikes and go everywhere, avoiding the crazy traffic. The chair service is superb, and Frankie is a gem. The home is beautifully decorated. Maintenance came quickly to repair an issue. My only complaint is that the text that we could check in early came on Monday, when we had already been in the condo since Saturday, and we had spent the afternoon trying to keep busy until check in, when had we known to check emails- we would have seen the code to get in early.

Blue Tide 8A was the perfect place for our Florida Beach getaway. Clean comfortable but best of all close to the Beach!! The beach chairs and umbrella set up was an added bonus! The beach was not crowded at all. Proximity to Panama City and Destin makes this location ideal!!

No teaspoons to eat cereal. Extra large tablespoons only. Bathroom remodel shower was poorly done. Water pooled on seat, floor slippery and tiles missing from seat area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautifully decorated, recently renovated, and had a beautiful beach view. Property is on the first floor, and it made for easier transport of our supplies down to the beach. Parking spots are clearly labeled with the condo numbers, so you don’t have to fight with neighboring condos for parking. There are a couple of flights of stairs down to the beach, but they weren’t an issue for us at all. We have stayed at several different condos along 30A over the years, but overall this one is our favorite by far! Highly recommend, and we hope to rebook for next summer! :-)

Only thing is the sprinklers got us when we were loading up to leave. It was actually funny. A storm was rolling in but it was the storm that got us. The sprinkler system got us. We actually laughed. Just a funny as we were leaving at 4 am. Thank you for everything! Great communication!

We enjoyed our week stay at Blue Tide. It had everything we needed and loved being so close to the beach. Few things to note- - Beach area is only for Blue Tide guest which was so nice. We had plenty of room for several families. -One parking spot per condo and no real overflow parking - There are stairs to get to the beach. Lots of stairs. It would not be good for anyone that has issues with stairs

My absolute favorite place to stay on the beach! The back porch area with my favorite spot to sit and listen to the water. Access to the beach was perfect, with two chairs and an umbrella set up ready to go. Not a large crowd on the beach as it is a private for Blue Tide residents and guest. This was absolutely the most perfect get away for me and my one year old daughter. Just a few days of mommy and me time. The ground floor made accessing the beach with a child much more accessible and also meant during naps times I could get back and forth to the room easily and still have beach views do I didn’t feel stuck in my room missing the beach and ocean. Will 10/10 be back!! Nothing but good things to say!

Loved our stay - the convenience to the beach plus the included beach chair/umbrella set-up was such a great aspect of our stay. The unit was also in great condition with the recent upgrades. The only drawback was the stream of contractors throughout the week, but I understand the need to invest/improve the condos and stay relevant. We also had a plumber come by on our first morning with no advance notice which was frustrating. Honest mistakes do happen, however, and it would not prevent us from returning next year. All in all - a great value to see all that NW Florida has to offer!

Great condo for 2 or 3 people. We loved the convenience of being so close to the beach. The stairs are a good workout coming back up from the beach. If you want to dry some clothes or towels in the dryer, wait to turn it on when you’re gonna be out for dinner or at the beach, because it is quite squeaky. We loved our weekend in 30a. ❤️

Located in a very quiet neighborhood, beaches are not crowded even in high season. This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Also, property management was very responsive when we had an issue with an appliance. Highly recommended.

This location can\'t be beat ... right on the beach. Condo was well appointed and very clean. We did have trouble with living room tv but the property manager was very accessible and responsive. We did notice that the ice maker wasn\'t always working but there are ice trays so that was our backup. We would definitely choose this property again.

My husband and I absolutely loved our time at this condo. It was perfect for the two of us as we celebrated our honeymoon. The walk out to the beach was so convenient and easy! We loved being able to walk out of the back of the condo to see amazing beach views. The location was perfect for traveling to Alys, Rosemary, & Seaside Beach. We will definitely be back!

We loved the location. the unit is on the ground floor so lugging groceries or luggage was easy. You walk right out the back door and down the stairs to the beach. the beach there is perfect. DO NOT CALL THE PROVIDED NUMBER FOR BEACH CHAIRS! it is a scam. they place the chairs on a public beach a half mile further down. instead you have to go to the beach and call them number on the back of the chairs in front of the condo. that company sets up the chairs in front of the unit and charges less.

Our 7th summer on 30a; first time in a condo and not a private home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The pictures represent the property well. The views are spectacular and we saw multiple dolphins every day. The beach was not crowded and always clean. I was nervous with 3 kids that the pool wasn’t that spectacular, but who needs a pool when you’re steps away from ocean?! The pool was totally fine, though...and we were the only family ever there in the evenings. We WILL be return customers next summer!! Don’t hesitate- this spot on 30a is perfect!

We were able to walk right to our condo, had assigned parking spot, and the view from the condo was breathtaking. We love ever aspect of this vacation and look forward to coming back.

I arrived a day before Airbnb changed their cancellation policy due to COVID-19. I had asked to cancel and for a refund since my family no longer felt save to travel, but the host denied this. This was my only negative experience. All else was very good. My family did not travel with me, but I didn't want to lose my $$, so came by myself:
+ Perfect location with direct walk-out to beach stairs
+ Well equipped kitchen. Better equipped than more expensive homes we have stayed at.
+ Very functional layout. Not very decorated, but all quite functional.
- Mattresses were too soft for my liking, but others may like this
I would like to visit again, but next time without Coronavirus crisis.
