We had such a fun time during our stay. Huge closets for storage, lots of space in the dining and living room. We really enjoyed having multiple bathrooms as well! I can’t recommend this place enough.

This house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well kept, comfortable and quiet. Only gave 4 stars for location as we had business on 30A at the other end, but if this was the area you needed to be in then this would be a 5 star spot for you. I really appreciated that while the decor felt beachy, it wasn’t loud or tacky, just very tastefully decorated.

We had a great time. It was beautiful. It was exactly what was told to us. Only thing I would say is if you’re older it’s a lot of stairs a lot of walking the beach. You definitely need a golf cart because there’s no parking but other than that everything else was really beautiful.

We had a wonderful time on our family vacation! This is a very spacious house with some very special touches. We appreciated that each bathroom got a little set of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook some meals. Was very walkable to coffee, food and ice cream which was so convenient. The pool was great!

A beautiful home, nicely decorated. All the bathrooms were spacious. The outdoor area was nice, but there were no chairs outside, so bring your own to enjoy sitting outback in the morning or evening. The kitchen had enough of the basic dishes, pot, and pans that it was easy to prepare meals. We opted to bring paper plates and bowls so we spent less time washing. The pool is very close and it was comfortable to be in, and the outside temperature was in the mid 70s. The only challenge was the driveway was on a steep incline and there is no street parking, so it was tight. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this home. The Scenic Stays representatives did a good job of communicating with us and answered questions in a timely fashion.

The home was beautiful, I wasn’t sure they had left enough linens, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. but we had enough. We did need more trash bags than what was left.
It would have been nice to have a map of the area or an area magazine to help us navigate the area. We went to Seaside and stayed on the local beaches. The pool was comfortably warm, even though it was March. The kids loved the pool. It was VERY close by.

We felt like we were the first to stay at this property! It was well-maintained, super clean, and beautifully furnished. The house was a great location to the pool. The pool was fantastic! Plenty of space for the 9 of us. Quiet neighborhood great for walking or biking. It was worth renting a golf cart to drive to local shops and the beach. I recommend bringing extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex and dish washer pods as we ran out of those after the first half of the stay. We would definitely come back in the future!

Beautiful home in beautiful neighborhood. 4 bedroom, 4 bath; weren't sure of that from pictures. Extra nice appliances. Nice furniture. NICE bedding. We loved the 4 bikes with locks; used them daily. A few cons: tight, tight parking for 3 cars and too far to beach for walking. Overall the pros far outweighed the cons and we'd gladly go back!

We loved our stay! It was the best location and a really great home. We found an ice cream shop within walking distance we went to every night and loved being close to a lot of restaurants and the pool. The only thing we didn’t love was it was hard to find parking when we went to the beach. Otherwise it was a perfect place and we plan to come back someday!

Amazing. Perfect location. Right next to the pool area. Really close to shops restaurants and multiple beaches. The house was really nice and clean. Looked as good as the pictures. The hosts were always available right away for the few questions we had. The area surrounding the house was perfect. We rented a golf cart, which was a must. The kids loved it, and it made it easy to cruise around town, as it seems most vacationers had one. They are street legal. I would stop at the general dollar store to buy beach things, towels, chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. to get them at other stores is really expensive. There’s also a Walmart on the way in that would be cheap. Also, the pool and hot tub area is really nice, and house comes work really nice bikes to go about town. Everything in the house worked great, nice washer and dryer if you don’t want to pack a lot. We look forward to going back, and would definitely stay there again.

We drive to Blue Mountain Beach from DFW every summer and can truly say we had an amazing stay at this location. The house was clean when we arrived and made us feel like we were right at home. Very easy to access and situated nicely. Would most definitely stay there again. Would like to have had access to a golf cart but otherwise we made the right choice this year.

AC didn’t work upon arrival. Within an hour of my letting Scenic Stays know, there was a technician on site to repair the unit. This required a replacement of a thermostat and a fan within the AC unit. I also alerted the staff of a missing coffee pot and there was one on our front porch the next morning. I was very impressed with the service we received. I was a bit disappointed with the distance to the beach at our particular house but the pool was amazing!!

This house is amazing. Feels like home, it’s so clean and comfy. The kitchen is equipped with all supplies you will need. The location is great for people that frequent the beach and restaurants.

Great location in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Home was very clean and comfortable. Nice community pool. Please note pool was not heated in March so we did not use. Although, it seemed that the little kids were happy to swim anyway. Beautiful quiet, neighborhood. Great kitchen/dining area with plenty of room for family to gather around to share meals. Lots of places to eat nearby. Rental company did a wonderful job of making check in and out super easy!
