SunDestin Unit 0105 is a sunny and bright one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. You’ll love the casual decor in this beautifully-furnished ground-floor unit just steps from the pool! The kitchen is fully-equipped and ready to accommodate your crew, with plenty of cupboard and counter space for storing and preparing snacks for the beach. No seat is a bad one in this open-concept unit, with a dining table that accommodates all and plenty of space in the living room to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Regenerate after a day in the sun on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite, which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom.
Destin is renowned for its vast selection of water activities and coastal cuisine. Spend your day on a fully-equipped rental boat or book a private captain for an exclusive excursion. Top it off with a meal at Harry T’s or Margaritaville, both affording gorgeous views of the Destin harbor and just five minutes from property!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
